Thank you for shopping at happystoner.com! We are a family-operated business based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and we strive to get your 420 apparel and stoner gear to you as quickly as possible with fast Florida shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States (continental U.S.):
• Standard Shipping: $5.99 – $9.99 (depending on order weight and destination)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Priority Shipping: $12.99 – $18.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after processing.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders).
International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International orders are calculated at checkout and typically take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Missing or Damaged Packages
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.
• For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds for Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item (per our Return Policy), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
